But also there is no high or advance technology is available there to enhance the products strategy and the quality. So there is a lack in the products and services of the company in terms of the quality.
Operations & Logistics:Current operations of the company are done only at one production center which is located to the small town in Canada. For delivering the products of the company, it has its own supply chain system to reach to the clients. As company’s products are not served or exported to other distant places so there are not much of the logistics services available for preceding the activities.
