The current financial objectives of the organization is to have expansion in terms of network and the in line production units. As per the results shown in the last financial year the profit generated was around 30% from all the services so it can be explained that it is not much sufficient but can be say satisfactory. Company’s financial statement shows that the cash flow is balanced with all the expenses of the company. In terms of similar companies the performance seems to be lower than expected. The financial managers are utilizing all the available resources to get the target in the current financial year.
 Research and Development: As company manufactured the inline calorie products and diet products. Therefore the research and development of the company is better than the other similar organizations. But also there is no high or advance technology is available there to enhance the products strategy and the quality. So there is a lack in the products and services of the company in terms of the quality.
 Operations & Logistics:Current operations of the company are done only at one production center which is located to the small town in Canada. For delivering the products of the company, it has its own supply chain system to reach to the clients. As company’s products are not served or exported to other distant places so there are not much of the logistics services available for preceding the activities. Organizations’s current objectives of manufacturing of the inline calorie and diet products are being full filled but it is not in that extent as it must be.
 Human Resource Management:The organization’s HR policies are very clear that’s why from the last 30 years this kind of case didn’t happen there. There are 100 employees and 18 management and staff people are there in the organization so it can be understand that the organization doesn’t hire lot of people but only hire limited people but efficient. The complete HR of the company is under the administration of R. J. Jennings, who holds most senior post from the last 31 years. HR management is not very complex in nature there.
 Information Systems:Ottawa valley food Products Company is in a place where the use of technology is not much necessary as of the requirement is less. But still as the thing happen in between the Mary Gregory and R. J. Jennings in this case analysis. It will not happen in future in respect of the client or purchasing discussion. There is a little bit lack in the system without the Information technology or systems.
 Corporate Governance, Top Management and Social Responsibility: For this organization the corporate governance, top management is only considered to R. J. Jennings. He is the sole person to decide anything in the organization. As he worked for more than 31 years in the inline production industry so he has much knowledge in this domain. Organization’s social responsibility activities are in favourable to the local residents and employees of the organizations.
From the above discussion it can be seen that company’s strong point are many but weak points are less as this operates in a very small town with few employees so the efficiency of the work is high with good quality.
