The Chinese firms are constantly growing their network in every part of the world with its innovative ‘economic theories’. The aspect of team production in the ‘theory of the firm’ is the most crucial part with context to the Chinese firms because the basic ‘extra production’ which can be achieved is only through a co-ordinated team work. In China every citizen/employee is equal and so the amount of their production decides their wages. Hence the production is more because of the fabulous efforts of the people.
USA must be extra vigilant to this techniques and system in order to reach that level of production and stay in the competition.
