Social Expenditure: Among the six countries(France, USA, Japan, Sweden, UK, Germany) mentioned by Tetsuo Fukawa, the aging rate of Japan is the largest, but in general the welfare state scale is similarly little in Japan measured by the social expenditure. The social expenditure costs account for huge number of gross domestic product in several developed countries, but the social expenditure degree alternates vastly between 20-40% in Sweden to 16% in the USA. The social expenditure of Japan was 19% of Gross domestic product which was the 2nd lowest among the 6 countries. In the social expenditure size the conflicts must be conceptualized with care, because not only the level of benefit but also other factors such as the population’s age structure, composition and size of households and the unemployment levels impacts social expenditure.
