For this improvement the one section of people of the organizations must take some initiatives to have interaction with the local people and let it know about their views to the organization and what they want from the organizations, all these things if evaluated frequently then it will  be very easy to track the company’s growth in terms of customer satisfactions which will result in their financial indicators too.
