The cuisine was French. The menu promises of authentic French restaurant ambience and a taste of the French culture while dining in the restaurant. It can be considered as the haute cuisine or Grande cuisine (Steinberger, 2009). This is emblematic to the high level establishments, gourmet hotels and luxury restaurants. There is careful presentation of the food and has an expensive wines in the menu (Gault, 1996).
There was an extensive wine list in the menu that was affordable and also comprised of some of the most exclusive wines. The menu promises the consumers an authentic French cuisine and the efforts they had taken to stay true to the original French menu. The menu had the ala carte option, desert menu, wine list and an express lunch menu. It offers the consumers a mix of the options of fine dining in a quiet corner or a quick lunch to the business executives (French Brasserie, 2016).
The staffs were mostly French who spoke with a thick French accent. The uniforms were typical French waiter uniforms. The uniforms had bright whites in their design. This intrinsically promotes the quality of cleanliness of the place. The service staffs were mostly attentive to the needs of the customers. During the waiting times they regularly checked in with us. The service staff understood the needs of privacy and also tried to balance by being attentive to the needs of the consumers. It was understood that they spoke fluent French. People could overhear the staff speaking fluent French with the other customers. The employees added to the ambience of the place.
