Linking it to Google
At Google leaders have created a vision and they communicate this vision to their employees. At the company 20% of the employees are given the chance and opinion to make concepts and to build the prototypes. This team has a vision and the development of the team is according to the team building rules and principles. This team is developing new ideas and products for the customers (Lymbersky, 2014). Google provides finance and resources to this team so they can develop new ideas. When a new idea is developed that is approved by the team and all team members with their leader communicate about this idea and how can this idea be further developed. When this idea is further developed then this idea is forwarded. Project teams that become successful and they give assistance about the Google product strategy forum. They help in setting the business models and milestones. Google in this scene is not putting hurdles in the project team and innovation they only provide further expertise and development for making that idea successful in the market.
There are various styles of leadership and all of the styles are good depending on the situation, external and internal environment of the company. At Google the leadership style followed is participative and consultative. All the managers and members in the organization are giving space and expertise to the designated teams so they can come up with new and bright ideas that can help the company in moving forward with the expansion and development of the products (Marshal, et al. 2008).

Now stages models of growth will be applied on Google. This model suggests that organization should be taken as a simple element and employees present in the company are developing the company.
