Efforts are put on laborious research to develop effective non-electronic communication methods that could be practiced from every possible way to satisfy the Company’s stakeholder.

The company adopts various ways to reach their customers for their valuable views. For instance, the Samsung Company conducts surveys by preparing questionnaire consisting of important topics (Emailmonday.com, 2019). By this the company comes to know about the recently launched products’ good and bad aspects as well as drawbacks and improving prospects. These surveys also help the company to design other new products or those in the process to be launched (He and Pedraza, 2015). Sometimes, small events and gatherings are organized to discuss about the products with their customers and media person.

Therefore, the company has to develop an attractive advertisement with view of capturing taglines that would be published in the commercial magazines and newspapers and also in the big hoardings and banners in the city streets (Pastae, 2016). Through these techniques, Samsung could grab attentions of the masses and aware them about the unique features of the great product.
