The China’s foreign direct investment accounted only for 20% of that in US in 1991 but by the initiation of the century China became the most attractive destination for foreign investment. At the decline of 2004, it has attracted an increasing United States $ 562 billion of foreign direct investment and around 500,000 foreign investment companies. The Chinese economy’s continuous growth, political consistency, improving environment of investment, fairly well educated labor force, commitments of China’s world trade organization and priced competitively are all the major reasons for this trend.
