Introduction
Qualitative research is a process which is used as a tool for primarily research in social sciences based on theoretical principles based methodologies such as hermeneutics and phenomenology (Patton, 2002). In this paper we aim to analyze the “Role of management in organization performance” through qualitative research supported by secondary research and literature reviews. The survey will be conducted with different people like employees working in various organizations and general people (Maykut and Morehouse, 1994). Organizational performance is mainly dependent on several factors. The most important thing is organizational behavior.
