In many countries of the world medical facilities are very expensive to avail for their citizens. These countries include many developed as well as under develop countries of the world. Especially in case of America, Canada and United Kingdom medical facility are not affordable for many citizens. So with implementation of Affordable Care Act millions of the people got themselves registered in United States of America (obamacare-facts, 2015).This registration of millions of people is suggesting that there is lot to do in this direction from the side of governments. Due to these expensive medical treatment facilities, medical insurance companies are controlling medical treatment market. Another limitation of microscopy is limited image capture at steep angles and with taller patients. Mainly in cardiac catheterization taking an image is most difficult task. Additionally good quality image can only be observed for short times. Overlying composition slows down screening and routing.
In most countries even governments appear to be helpless in front of these medical insurance corporations. They offer plans which help them increase their businesses without caring about wellbeing of common people. Many people in these countries have insurance coverage from the side of their employers but vast majorities who are not employed in big corporate companies or even unemployed don’t have this facility to enjoy. Government in Canada also provides help getting insured to those people but it is insufficient in most of the cases (Goldsmith, 1984). Patients are variable in accordance to dental profile and anti infection medicines are sometimes harmful to health of some patients however they work well for others. There is an increasing requirement of personalized and engineered medicines to counter the disease in various patients, and address the susceptibility of a patient to particular disease.
A big issue which is also one of the basic reasons of our project is that in most of the cases due to the monopoly of insurance companies on medical treatment market they have unjustified plan.
