This political society is governed by unbiased judges who make sure that the standard rules, indifferent to all parties are applied on the community. Those in authority decide what may happen to members of that society regarding their common rights and the rigidity of the punishment for a member who has violated the legislative laws. It is important to punish those who have not adhered to the established laws, so as to stub any others who might want to go against the laws of the political society. When people stand together, united in to one body, following the same common law, government resolving issues and punishing offenders, the people and government are in a social contract with each other.
