MS-operating systems such as XP, Professional, and Windows-7 have high market share but due to the monopoly nature for operating systems, it has low market growth. On the other hand, Bing and Mobiles phone are few products that have greater potential to make their presence in the Star category. However if such products don’t get proper response from the market, it can go directly to Dogs and Microsoft could look for an exit for these products. Introducing Vista operating system have been a bad experience as it is not promoted and accepted at a large scale. This OS was not supported by many of the hardware systems and recorded at a low market share. Introduction of Windows-7 has simply replaced Vista.
