This nation also has some of the youngest populations in the world (Kelsey, 2015). The younger demography people are susceptible to changing requirements. Currently, the company is able to satiate the demands of the people. However, it could change as the needs of the people are bound to change with age. The company should have an effective change management system in place to cater to the possible changes in the future (Colvile, 2016).
There has been increase in the environmental degradation owing to the high tourist influx in the region. The carbon emissions that contribute towards global warming are also high in the region. There are tighter environmental regulations in the region. These regulations increase the operational costs of many of the hotels in the region.
The current fuel reserves are limited. Companies such as Emirates and Etihad airlines of the Middle East are able to provide cheaper fees owing to the fuel costs involved. Hence the company should look into ways to bring in a more environmental friendly alternative fuels to address this change. Again this can be achieved by innovation in the technological sector.
