Customer Reach: The Wal-Mart company has the largest network in retail chain industry in the world. No other organization in UK has this kind of retail network. After acquiring the ASDA this has been grown up huge and have the largest customer database. The other retailer has the lower customers as that have the reach only to the local customers.
Business Strategy: Small retail company faces the problems in defining the business ethics for the people and its own internal structure which helps them to integrate the long-term programme which cater to the requirement of economic development, social development and maintain their brand to the global corporate world but Wal-Mart does the best.
Financial Analysis: This part is also an important of for which organizations get stuck sometime and can’t move ahead according to the requirement. Meeting the demand of all stakeholders to the company enables the organization to participate in global financial returns, god communications and transparent financial acknowledgement. Small organizations does not fruit full the same but Wal-Mart does.
Product and Services: Products and services are the main important part of any organizations but for that we can’t ignore the customers who are our targeted people and our company runs for them only. The loyalty of the customers to the organization depends on how effective company makes the relationship with the customers. Small organizations are facing problems in managing the relations with the customers and finally have problems in their financial conditions, internal corporate structure.
Governance and Stakeholder: This is main part of corporate world where all things comes in to the picture and decisions takes place at final agreement but in any case this fails will causes a huge problem to the system. Small retail chain industry have less stakeholders but Wal-Mart has more.

Wal-Mart started its core business on the phenomenon of the low cost and high volume with discount offer. Wal-Mart started to implement the best Information Technology system and automated centralized purchasing and distribution system which connects to the supplier, grocery stores and to the customers. The other same kind of retail industries also adopted the same strategy as of the Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart then started to adopt other retail chain industries to compete with the competitors.
Wal-Mart sometime introduced very significant discount departmental stores in different places in overseas countries. Also made joint ventured with other small retail businesses and also acquired other retail or adopted business companies. But other small companies are not able to adopt others and acquiring others, and also don’t have the large customer base in the different areas like big MNCs.
