After acquiring the ASDA this has been grown up huge and have the largest customer database. The other retailer has the lower customers as that have the reach only to the local customers.
Business Strategy: Small retail company faces the problems in defining the business ethics for the people and its own internal structure which helps them to integrate the long-term programme which cater to the requirement of economic development, social development and maintain their brand to the global corporate world but Wal-Mart does the best.
Financial Analysis: This part is also an important of for which organizations get stuck sometime and can’t move ahead according to the requirement.
