In simple words, organisation means a collective group of people coming together to achieve their collective goals.

Members of an organisation have a common vision, mission, values, strategy and goals. To fulfil their goals they team up together and set procedures, rules and plan. An organization is depicted by its organisational chart, marketing technique, job description and strategic approach. It sub-divides and assigns individual roles, responsibilities and authorities among its members, to carry out different tasks.

Predictability refers to visualise unforeseen acts in advance on the basis of experience and knowledge of ongoing trends.

The link between predictability and organisation is quite complex in today’s world. An organisation depends on internal and external factors for its current and future growth. The external environment plays a vital role for an organisation’s performance and growth. Every organisation has to follow the rules of law, political affairs and government policies. It has to predict the ever changing market trends and its stakeholders’ expectations (Goodall, A. H., 2015). Apart from this, the internal factors like staff performance are also equally important for its growth. Hence, the organisation also has to keep its employees satisfied and happy and successfully implement its policies in order to meet their expectations.

Trust plays a very big and vital role in any organisation. Trust means reliance on others and their willingness to look after. To build trusting work environment is its leader’s responsibility. In today’s world, people live in an interdependent world where globalization brings new challenges for cooperation.
