Culture clash plays an important role in the cultural development and the research on the concepts of cultural conflict makes the theory of the knowing and understanding of cultural conflict as a precondition (Marx and Engels Engels, 1995). With the rapid development of the times the traffic’s highly developed short spatial distances has made Chinese and Western cultural exchanges more frequent. Because of the multicultural model in human society, and the difference of culture, customs, beliefs, moral principles, these all are unified so that people can understand that they can’t, which results in cultural conflict which is a matter of time. Some scholars believe that cultural conflict mean “the nature, characteristics, function and strength of different cultures collide due to differences in the release process and the State”; and some other scholars believe that it “refers to cultural conflict between different cultures and subcultures under the same cultural system are contradictory and mutually exclusive, denying each other.” I think cultural conflict refers to the different cultures and a clash of cultures between different cultural spirit and confrontation. The confrontation and antagonism are caused by various spiritual and cultural differences, including the nature, features, functions, and so on. Instinctively, as they push to another culture they use a closed defense strategy of another culture, or negative criticism of the attitude to another culture. Therefore, culture conflicts have many contradictions in the deep roots of human society. Culture gradually takes root in people’s minds and consciousness. In a culture which is dominated by engagement into a wide range of production activities, it is guided by principles and norms of people’s daily life. Because there are conflicts between individuals and between people and society, in the end, different ethnic groups arise as a result of cultural conflict. And the core issue of the Culture conflict is the conflict of values, so it is the values which mainly act as a conflict between Nations. Conflicts are different between different religions; in the same land, conflicts can also be different between different ethnic groups. Based on this it can be said that the cause of conflict is based on the conflict of interests of political, economic, territorial, ideological, and religious reasons, but ultimately the cultural causes of conflict is the nature of these conflicts (Marx,1844).
