Working conditions include the work place, employees around, the hygiene factors, etc. Other important factors like terms of promotional activities hike designations and better level of hierarchy in the company along with good growth within the company. Loyalty, discipline and empathy all helps the person to keep working and also gives the feel to stay in the same company (Lindner, 1998).
