The organizational structure would be a tall structure so as to have better control over the employees. Each department head would be responsible for all the activities in his department (Armstrong & Taylor, 2014).
The major additions which the company needs to make at this juncture of running the business are to incorporate a legal team as well. With the increase in the number of clients and corporate, legal issues are inevitable and hence the company has to opt for a legal advisor. Since the business has increased manifolds, the company needs to keep all the records carefully for future reference. The company thus needs an external auditor as well.
